This may be your first experience with a GWRRA Chapter, or you may be an old hand with many years of participating with other Chapters. Regardless of your experience, we welcome your questions, suggestions and assistance. This reference page has been prepared to help answer questions you may have about North Carolina Chapter H-2.

As with any organization there are terms and words that are used that may not be familiar to new GWRRA Members or visitors. You will find listed below definitions of some of the most common terms and brief job descriptions of some chapter staff positions.

GoldWing The GoldWing is the top of the line touring motorcycle that is made by the Honda Corp. The GWRRA (GoldWing Road Riders Association) is made up of members that love to ride the countryside of our great country.

Chapter Gathering (meeting) The means whereby GWRRA has fun, grows, teaches, educates, informs and establishes a basis for GWRRA's very existence. The Chapter gathering is the most important aspect of what we strive the hardest to accomplish: educating GWRRA Members in ways of safety, skill, knowledge and the fun of GWRRA. We encourage any GWRRA Member, or those who wish to join GWRRA to come to a monthly activity with their "family". We do this by making our Chapter gathering's FUN! We make it a relaxed, nonpolitical, friendly place where there are No Strangers . . . only good food, interesting people and educational programs.

Chapter H-2's regular monthly gathering is held on the third Thursday of each month, at The Mayflower XVI restaurant located across from University GMC on the Chapel Hill Blvd. right up from the old South Square Mall location. The Mayflower is located between Pearson music and Boyce music stores.

The gathering begins at 6:30 PM.  Our meeting begins at 7:30 PM.
